Canvass/Marketing Manager

This onsite role in Chesterfield, MO leads a field marketing team focused on generating qualified appointments and supporting the sales process with real, established home improvement products.

What you’ll do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers
• Lead daily canvassing in targeted neighborhoods
• Generate and schedule free in-home estimates for the sales team
• Monitor production goals and performance metrics
• Coach team members on presentations, communication, and customer engagement
• Distribute marketing materials including flyers and brochures
• Maintain brand consistency and professionalism in the field
• Represent a top-rated home improvement company while engaging homeowners near active job sites
• Oversee neighborhood outreach that promotes services and drives qualified appointments for sales

What you bring

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, team leadership, or recruiting preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor
• Ability to learn and deliver presentation scripts
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 5 hours per day
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to navigate neighborhoods, stairs, and uneven terrain
• Ability to carry marketing materials and promotional items

Schedule

Monday–Friday with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Saturday availability required.
