Responsibilities
- Welcome homeowners, designers, builders, contractors, and walk-in clients into the showroom
- Help clients browse tile, stone, mosaics, and design materials
- Support the sales team with product selections, sample pulls, follow-up, and project organization
- Maintain a clean, beautiful, professional showroom environment
- Help organize displays, samples, boards, and product areas
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
Requirements
- Warm, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients
- Polished and able to represent a design-focused showroom well
- Creative, with an interest in interiors, design, tile, architecture, or home improvement
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through
- Comfortable with social media, photos, videos, email, and basic computer systems
- Able to multitask in a busy showroom environment
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn the tile industry and grow with the company
- Comfortable lifting and moving tile samples as needed

Schedule
Full-time preferred. Part-time may be considered for the right person. Typical showroom hours are Monday through Thursday 9 to 5, Friday 9 to 4, with occasional Saturdays, events, or off-site visits as needed.
Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 based on experience, with potential for growth, bonuses, or commission opportunities as the role develops.
