Plan and host in-store wine and spirits tastings, promotional activities, and customer engagement events.
Lead interactive games, giveaways, and other activities that encourage participation.
Collaborate with store management on creative marketing ideas and help execute promotional campaigns.
Maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging social media presence across assigned platforms.
Travel between assigned store locations throughout the greater St. Louis area.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Proven experience filming and editing short-form videos for business social media accounts.
Provide examples of previous video or social media work created for businesses or clients (personal accounts alone do not meet this requirement).
Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications.
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently with customers.
Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative approach to developing engaging content and promotional ideas.
Reliable and organized with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
Ability to travel between store locations in Missouri and Illinois.
Availability to work scheduled in-store events, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating social media content for retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or consumer brands.
Experience hosting promotional events, tastings, or customer engagement activities.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends and best practices.
Familiarity with wine, spirits, or the beverage industry.
