This onsite role in Miami, FL focuses on building and shipping AI agents, automations, and reporting that support paid media, creator and affiliate campaigns, CRO, and client reporting. If you want your work to directly impact throughput, margin, and decision-making, this is built for you.
What you’ll build
As the Marketing AI Engineer, you will design, implement, and deliver agent-based systems that connect marketing platforms and ecommerce data into actionable operations. The goal is practical, measurable improvement: autonomous ad operations, clearer reporting tied to revenue, and alerts that protect performance and brand safety.
- Build and ship AI agents, automations, and reporting systems that run paid media, creator and affiliate campaigns, CRO, and client reporting
- Integrate with Meta Marketing API, TikTok Business, TikTok Shop, Google Ads API, Snap, Shopify, and affiliate and creator platform APIs, including OAuth, token refresh, rate limits, webhooks, and partnership-access flows
- Create systems for ad launching and QA, budget pacing and reallocation, creative tagging and performance intelligence, anomaly detection, and cross-platform commission tracking
- Build the reporting layer that shows what drove revenue, cross-referenced against Shopify as the source of truth
How you’ll work with the teams
You will embed with paid media, creator and affiliate, CRO, and ecommerce teams to understand today’s workflow, map inputs to outputs, and identify steps that should run automatically. The emphasis is on moving from manual processes to working systems quickly, with clear approval gates where money or brand safety is involved.
- Audit current workflows, define where a human approves versus where the system acts
- Turn messy manual work into an operational system inside weeks, not quarters
- Drive adoption by training the team, gathering feedback, and iterating
- Run intake and prioritization of automation requests based on revenue impact, time saved, or client retention
- Report progress, blockers, and measured impact to the CTO, and present to leadership

- Provide technical leadership on the product roadmap
- Set the standard for design review, code review, and shipping practices for AI agents and automations across service lines
- Review and mentor engineers building across PR, SEO and AEO, organic social, and ecommerce
- Unblock teams, raise quality, and own outcomes

- Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) and solid coding practice including version control, code review, environment and secrets management, testing, and documentation (degree not required, shipped work required)
