Key Responsibilities

Own onboarding marketing strategy and execution for newly created Vrbo partner accounts to increase the proportion of partners progressing from account creation to a live listing.
Create creative briefs grounded in partner research and insights, translating onboarding barriers into clear messaging, positioning, and creative that reinforces the value of listing on Vrbo and motivates action.
Build and optimize email journeys to activate and nurture leads through listing completion, improving conversion and supporting ROI from paid media investment.
