Compensation

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 per year

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding of new luxury vacation rental properties
Optimize Airbnb and Vrbo listings
Craft compelling listing titles, descriptions, and marketing copy
Coordinate photography, staging direction, amenities setup, and launch readiness
Collaborate with the company’s website development and SEO provider
Plan and manage guest email marketing campaigns
Build and maintain the company’s social media presence
Create social media content showcasing luxury homes and guest experiences
Oversee signage, branding, and marketing materials
Maintain a polished and consistent luxury brand image across all platforms

Requirements

Strong marketing and copywriting ability
Highly creative while also detail-oriented and organized
Experience with Airbnb and Vrbo listing optimization preferred
Familiarity with SEO, branding, and social media marketing
Strong understanding of luxury presentation and conversion-focused marketing
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently
Vacation rental, hospitality, luxury real estate, or related experience preferred
