Job Description

Reiwatakiya invites applications for a hybrid Marketing-focused Assistant Manager and Marketing Lead role at our Las Vegas location. The position covers brand marketing, content creation, events, customer growth, and light store operations, performed in a Mandarin-English bilingual capacity.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute in-store events, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Create visual content and craft brand storytelling aligned with Japanese and Korean beauty aesthetics.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders, influencers, and local communities across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Drive brand exposure, customer engagement, and in-store traffic.
Produce short-form videos using smartphone setups; no professional equipment required.
Manage social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
Improve reach, engagement, impressions, and overall content performance.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual cohesion, and messaging across channels.
Understand product selling points and assist in developing product storytelling and sales messaging.
Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize promotional strategies.
Interact with customers to enhance the shopping experience and foster repeat purchases.
Support staff in understanding campaign highlights and key selling points.
Assist with merchandising and visual displays related to marketing campaigns.
Support basic team coordination with the Store Manager.
Maintain store presentation that aligns with brand and campaign standards.

Requirements

Mandarin and English bilingual proficiency is required.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: marketing, social media management, content creation (short videos, photography, copywriting), beauty retail or sales.
Strong understanding of trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
Good aesthetic sense and creativity.
Ability to optimize strategies based on data insights.
Valid U.S. work authorization.
A passion for beauty; familiarity with Japanese and Korean brands is a plus.
