Full time Marketing Brand Management Cross-Functional

Uline is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Private Label to manage packaging programs and uphold brand identity onsite in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Lead cross-functional packaging initiatives to maintain alignment with Uline brand standards.
Collaborate with product managers, warehouse teams, and designers to deploy effective packaging concepts.
Liaise with vendors to ensure print quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time execution.
Conduct warehouse audits and communicate packaging updates to warehouse staff and management.
Assist with proofreading and arrangement of artwork for private label packaging projects.
Oversee and organize private label project documentation and quality control records using the digital asset manager (DAM).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; product management background is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Access is a plus.
Willingness to travel to Uline locations across North America or to vendor sites as needed.
