Field Marketing Representative role onsite in West Chester, OH for Roof Prodigy in the Greater Cincinnati area, focusing on door-to-door homeowner engagement, lead generation, and scheduling assessments with flexible hours and incentive-based pay.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach at residential properties to educate homeowners about Roof Prodigy services.
Generate leads and arrange assessments for our home specialists.
Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.
Collaborate with a team that prioritizes growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging potential customers.
Outgoing and friendly personality.
Coachable with a strong desire to learn and improve.
Team‑oriented mindset and a positive attitude.

Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Flexible schedule with weekday availability from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a drug screening.
