Job Description

This onsite role based in Radnor, PA supports Essent Guaranty, Inc. as Marketing Manager for Title Insurance, focusing on developing targeted title marketing programs, managing day-to-day channel assets, and partnering with analytics to measure performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily marketing activities and collaborate with title marketing subject matter experts across digital, analytics, communications, and training to support technology use, agency relationships, and communication channels.
Provide guidance for creating, updating, and refining all title marketing directions based on business needs and market insights.
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing awareness and conversion programs that drive growth across customer segments, aligned with the business development team and in close coordination with digital marketing peers.
Analyze customer segment behaviors and trends to extract actionable insights. Work with the Business Development and Operations teams to shape awareness strategies, define service level expectations, and collaborate with Content Marketing to build a growing library of value added resources.
Support the governance of social media and sales enablement initiatives, including content development, monitoring, escalation, and ongoing maintenance.
Partner with marketing analytics resources to create a metrics dashboard and standardize reporting for the Marketing Reporting Package on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cadence to interpret engagement results against industry benchmarks.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business.
Minimum five years of experience in Marketing and Communications with hands-on project management and workflow responsibilities.
Strong foundation in digital, direct, and content marketing principles, with the ability to evaluate creative work and guide adjustments for maximum brand impact.
Hands-on experience with data-driven campaign management, project execution, quality control, testing (including A/B testing), and performance reporting.
Proficiency with CMS, email marketing, and CRM platforms (such as SugarCRM and NetSuite), plus standard office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record as a credible advisor and collaborator for internal stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
Ability to manage a wide range of projects, balancing high level strategy with hands-on campaign execution.
Results-driven professional with a demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve ambitious marketing metrics.
Prior experience in mortgage lending, title, real estate, or broader financial services is highly preferred.
