Job Description

This full-time, in-office position supports Townsquare Media’s Northern New England sales team from the Portsmouth, NH area, handling front-line pre-sale and post-sale tasks and coordinating radio and digital campaigns. The role requires time spent between Dover, NH and Portland, ME.

Responsibilities

Coordinate across Sales, Digital, Traffic, Accounting, radio station Brand Managers, and clients to assemble all elements needed to execute radio and digital campaigns, from collecting and approving creative assets to account setup and promotions.
Support the Sales team as an extension by assisting with creative work, client communications, data research, prospecting, and preparing agency-grade PowerPoint proposals, one sheets, and media kits.
Assist in generating data-driven performance reports for advertising campaigns.
Maintain sales metrics, databases, and client records to support accurate reporting and follow-up.
Oversee campaign execution and communications with trade accounts.
Represent the radio stations at industry events and outreach opportunities.
Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Apply a creative mindset to processes and workflows, identifying innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills, a quick learner, and adept at problem solving.
Proven graphic design and writing capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities; reliable, thorough, and professional in all tasks.
Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues and external partners in both written and verbal form.
Positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to support others.
Experience in the marketing or advertising field is welcomed, with strong motivation to learn and grow in the media industry.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle; role located in Dover, NH and Portland, ME with an in-office requirement.
BA/BS degree is preferred.
