Job Description

American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C is hiring a full-time entry-level Marketing Inside Sales Representative for an in-person role in Brookfield, WI. You will spend your days calling small business owners and helping them connect with advertising programs designed to bring in more customers. This position includes paid training, mentorship, and uncapped commissions, with first-year on-target earnings of $60,000–$70,000.

What You’ll Do

Call small business owners and introduce marketing solutions aimed at helping them generate more customers
Present and sell advertising programs over the phone
Learn through hands-on training with supportive teammates and managers
Build relationships and celebrate wins in a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor environment
