Job Description

Join the marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator in Paris, IL, supporting campaign work, brand messaging, and coordinated execution across channels.

Responsibilities

Create marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Support corporate events with planning, logistics, and vendor coordination
Assist with internal and external communications, including copywriting and content development
Help drive marketing campaigns through research, execution, and evaluation
Edit video content for marketing and communications needs
Manage marketing collateral, project timelines, and vendor relationships
Collaborate across departments and manage projects from concept to completion

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products
Experience with Adobe Suite of Products
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work well in a high-paced environment that can be stressful at times
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional marketing
