The Development and Marketing Director at 100 Fold Studio leads fundraising and communications initiatives, stewarding donor and partner relationships and guiding the organization’s brand presence to advance its mission. This onsite role operates from Lakeside, Montana and reports to the President.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy in collaboration with the President and the Director of Operations to expand annual giving, corporate partnerships, and grant funding.
- Oversee donor stewardship and gift processing, including database management, acknowledgements, and donor research.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key funders, partners, and the Board of Directors.
- Foster a results-driven fundraising culture by establishing goals, tracking outcomes, and reporting progress.
- Lead organization-wide marketing initiatives to raise awareness and engagement across 100 Fold’s audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across social media, digital channels, print materials, events, and the annual report in collaboration with the Creative Media Coordinator.
- Direct content creation to position 100 Fold as a thought leader and extend its reach.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing and outreach opportunities; serve as a spokesperson and cultivate media relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of nonprofit fundraising and/or marketing experience, including digital channels.
- Proven ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences and to write successful grant proposals.
- Proficiency with marketing/design tools and donor database software.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in fundraising and digital marketing.
