Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to align with community objectives.
- Educate the medical community about Premier Senior Living and the Eden Heights offering.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities across print, online, electronic media, and direct mail channels.
- Allocate about 75 percent of time to outside sales calls with referral sources such as medical, legal, insurance, financial professionals, rehabilitation facilities, medical offices, para professionals, senior organizations, hospital discharge planners, social workers, clergy, retirement communities, and other potential sources.
- Establish strategic marketing plans to guide efforts toward revenue generation and census growth.
- Be responsible for meeting and exceeding referral and admission goals.
- Interview prospective residents to ascertain their needs.
- Maintain detailed customer information and sales activities in the CMR Software system.
- Plan and implement all marketing events and materials for a variety of occasions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key partners, including organizations such as the Alzheimerโs Association, AARP, and diabetes foundations.
- Demonstrate compassion for and a commitment to working with the elderly.
