Job Description

JUMO Process Control, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the East Syracuse team onsite. This role blends hands-on paid media management with social media activity, website optimization, and broader growth initiatives, requiring a strong analytical mindset and real experience with Google Ads. Compensation ranges from USD 26 to 30 per hour.

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve performance
Support and enhance paid and organic social media activity
Analyze campaign performance and user funnels to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate on website updates and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
Proven experience with Google Ads (required)
Experience with or strong interest in social media marketing
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
Basic knowledge of GA4, tracking, and performance metrics
Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable
