This on-site field marketing management role is based in East Norriton, PA and leads face-to-face event marketing and lead generation across the greater Philadelphia region, including home shows and community events. The position includes recruiting and training a part-time team, setting targets, coaching, and providing on-site leadership, with weekend and evening work required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Graboyes' presence at local and regional events, such as home shows, fairs, and community activations
- Recruit, train, and lead a part-time team of appointment setters
- Establish weekly lead and performance goals, coach team members, and monitor key performance indicators
- Provide on-site leadership each weekend to ensure effective execution and results in the field
- Track marketing metrics including cost per lead, appointment set rate, hiring progress, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with senior leadership on scorecards, appointment quality, and overall departmental profitability
- Manage booth materials, displays, signage, and field inventory to maintain a professional presence
- Conduct interviews and training sessions during weekday evenings as needed
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings and maintain clear communication with the office team
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership, team management, or field management role
- Strong communication, recruiting, coaching, and organizational skills
- Weekend availability year-round; comfortable with evenings and non-traditional hours
- Face to Face Marketing or Sales experience: 2 years (Required)
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle (Required)
- Experience in event marketing, direct sales, canvassing, retail marketing, home shows, or home improvement is highly preferred
- Experience managing performance metrics, accountability systems, or budgets is highly preferred

Territory
The position is based from the East Norriton Township office at 48 W Germantown Pike, supporting the greater Philadelphia region and surrounding markets. Candidates should be comfortable traveling throughout the territory and reside within a reasonable commute of the office.
Schedule
Full-time role with mandatory weekend availability every week. Evening and other non-traditional hours are required, and regular travel across the territory is expected.
