Job Description

HD Financial Firm LLC in Dublin, GA offers a flexible part-time Marketing and Business Development Manager role designed to grow the local client base through marketing, networking, and relationship-building. This onsite position is 10 to 15 hours per week, with potential to be filled as an employee or an independent contractor. You will focus on promoting our tax advisory services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling discovery calls with firm partners, all while enjoying autonomy, professional growth, and meaningful local impact.

Responsibilities

Clearly articulate the firm's brand story and value in tax advisory services
Build and nurture relationships within Dublin and nearby communities
Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, business gatherings, and community activities
Prospect individuals and businesses to identify potential clients
Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls with firm partners
Support social media outreach and online engagement efforts
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and timely follow-ups
Expand local brand awareness and grow the referral network
Develop strategic partnerships with local professionals and organizations
Track outreach activity and monitor lead generation results

Requirements
