Home Genius Exteriors West is offering an entry-level opportunity for someone ready to build a career in marketing and sales through real customer interactions. Based in Corry, PA with onsite fieldwork, this role centers on connecting with new clients, arranging inspection appointments, and presenting products and services face-to-face.

The position includes weekly training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed, along with an hourly base plus bonuses. Annual earnings can range from $65,000 to $135,000+, with the potential to qualify for additional benefits after advancement.

What We Need

Must be 18+ years old; no experience or education required
Strong communication and people skills
Confident, motivated, and eager to grow
Flexible schedule: weekdays (11–7) plus 4 weekend days/month

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly base + bonuses
$65K–$135K+ annual earning potential (no cap, not a commissions position)
Bonuses, company trips to Cancun, Vegas, and Bahamas, plus events and perks
Company vehicle for fieldwork
