A Taste Of Your Town, LLC is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to grow its presence across major platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
- Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Track performance metrics and refine strategies to boost engagement and growth
- Create and edit high-quality video and photo content for reels, stories, and promotional assets
- Design campaigns that drive ticket sales, secure sponsorships, and raise brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visuals
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly in a brand-appropriate manner
- Monitor trends and join relevant viral conversations when appropriate
- Partner with influencers, collaborators, and vendors to amplify reach
- Travel to events nationwide to capture video, photos, and live social content
- Interview vendors, attendees, and performers to produce engaging behind-the-scenes content
- Maintain a dynamic presence on stories and live posts during events
- Uphold a consistent brand voice and tone across platforms
- Ensure visual content aligns with branding guidelines
- Use Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools to create visually compelling content
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing and managing branded social channels
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and analytics
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for weekend events
- Self-starter with exceptional creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Experience in food, event, or festival marketing
- On-camera presence or comfort with on-site interviews
- Drone or GoPro experience
- Influencer outreach or UGC management background
