Job Description

Window Nation is expanding its local team with a part-time Local Event Sales & Marketing Rep, working on-site in Blaine, Minnesota. This role centers on representing the company at community events, engaging attendees to generate qualified leads, and earning $18 per hour plus commissions. Evening and weekend availability is required to align with event schedules.

Responsibilities

Talk to event attendees and spark interest
Qualify homeowners and set appointments
Hit lead goals and earn commission
Set up and tear down the event booth, handling materials up to 50 lbs

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Comfortable talking to people all day
Ability to stand 6–8 hours at an event, with or without accommodations
Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus but not required
