Job Description

Join MotoMart and help shape a customer loyalty program and mobile app designed to strengthen engagement and drive growth. This onsite role in Belleville, IL supports the creation of a digital customer experience that connects loyalty, digital marketing, and real-world store visits.

You will report to the Director of Operations and coordinate with leadership, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and improve loyalty initiatives over time.

What you’ll do

Develop and manage loyalty, rewards, and customer lifecycle initiatives focused on loyalty acquisition, retention, visits, and spend.
Continuously analyze customer behavior and loyalty performance metrics to identify improvements and guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with product category specialists and vendor partners to secure loyalty funds, including promotional placement opportunities within the MotoMart mobile app and loyalty program.
Create and execute digital content calendars that support promotional advertising, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Lead loyalty communications and targeted marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels to increase program awareness and mobile app adoption.
Monitor and respond to customer questions, coordinate technical fixes, and maintain software integrations to ensure a seamless digital experience.
Build product roadmaps for the mobile app and loyalty products, coordinating implementation of enhancements across stakeholders.
Support the annual planning and budgeting cycle for loyalty and digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain mobile app and loyalty documentation, training materials, and operational resources.
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, paid search, online business profiles (Google, Apple), and other digital channels.
Steward MotoMart’s online reputation by responding to online reviews and sharing relevant feedback with internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to support business decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across organizational levels.
Must be willing to work full time on site at the Home Office in Belleville, IL, with occasional travel to MotoMart retail locations.

Preferred experience

Familiarity with digital marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement rates, and customer lifetime value.
Experience managing paid search, paid social, email marketing, or other digital advertising channels.
Experience with website management, SEO, local search optimization, and social media strategy.
Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Compensation: USD $90,000 per year
