Job Description

StarCare Home Health LLC offers a part-time Marketing Manager role in Alameda County, CA. This on-site position provides a competitive pay rate of $80 per hour for approximately 12 hours per week. You will lead marketing efforts, cultivate referral-source partnerships, and drive growth of the home health program. A background in healthcare marketing, along with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, is essential. The role supports a flexible, self-determined schedule and requires travel within Alameda County.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing efforts aimed at growing the home health program
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc.
Apply robust analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills within a healthcare marketing context
Demonstrate proficiency with computer tools used in healthcare marketing, frequently utilizing spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and email software
Prioritize projects with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines

Requirements

Strong existing relationships with referral sources (hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc.)
Ability to execute marketing efforts that grow the home health program
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and email software applications
Ability to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
Extensive experience in healthcare marketing (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, etc.)
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience; 1-2 years preferred
Work location includes on the road serving Alameda County
