Job Description

Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston is seeking a Service Line Marketing Strategist to lead strategic marketing for assigned service lines from the onsite campus. You will partner with administrative and physician leaders to craft and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing plans that drive growth and revenue, with a strong emphasis on digital channels and performance reporting. This role requires close collaboration across stakeholders to align marketing activity with each service line's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assume the strategic marketing leadership for your assigned service lines.
  • Collaborate with administrative and physician leads to develop an omni-channel plan that addresses business needs and drives revenue.
  • Plan, facilitate, attend, and participate in meetings and related events as required.
  • Able to discuss SEO/SEM, social media, website updates, omni-channel marketing plans, and performance reporting.
  • Provide strategic direction and fresh thinking to help drive business results.
  • Align marketing planning with the unique business objectives of each service line.
  • Work closely with the creative services team to keep digital channels current for the assigned service lines.
  • Develop, implement, and measure annual marketing plans for key priorities.
  • Assess marketing needs and serve as the project lead on designated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the creation, implementation, production, and measurement of marketing campaigns to support goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree in a similar field is preferred.
  • Four years of progressive marketing or communications experience.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, strategic planning, direct marketing, and creative development; healthcare experience is not required but a plus.
  • Digital media and marketing experience is essential, with proficiency in paid search, digital display, email marketing, social media, and reporting.
  • Experience working with executive leadership is required.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.
