Part-Time Field Marketing Representative

MODbath USA is seeking a part-time Field Marketing Representative to represent the brand in the Fargo–Moorhead area. This onsite role focuses on real conversations in the community, helping homeowners explore bathroom remodeling, and turning event interactions into booked free in-home design consultations.

What you’ll get

• On-target earnings: $20–$40 per hour
• Base + bonus pay structure
• No cap on bonuses, with extra rewards for strong performance

What you’ll do

• Represent MODbath USA professionally at home shows, festivals, retail events, and other community events
• Engage attendees in friendly, productive conversations about their bathroom remodeling goals
• Schedule free in-home design consultations using MODbath’s proven appointment-setting process
• Use the provided communication scripts and lead capture systems
• Help with booth setup and teardown before and after each event

What we need from you

• Weekend availability since most events run Friday–Sunday
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for local travel
• Ability to lift 50 lbs for event setup
• A great personality and genuine enjoyment of connecting with people
• 4+ years of sales or in-person marketing experience

Compensation

Base + bonus pay structure with on-target earnings of $20–$40/hr. No cap on bonuses.
