Marketing Director

Shawnee Post Acute Rehabilitation is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee the facility’s marketing strategy in Overland Park, KS. This onsite, full-time role focuses on driving a positive admissions and referral experience while strengthening partnerships that support patient flow.

The Marketing Director will manage core marketing activities, coordinate key admissions documentation, and help ensure the facility is positioned for ongoing success through relationships with local healthcare providers.

Role Overview

• Manage all aspects of the facility marketing plan
• Support admissions and referrals by maintaining relationships with clinics and hospitals in the area

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with local clinics and hospitals
• Respond to customer requests and concerns and support a positive admissions and referral process for all parties involved
• Supervise and review the collection of admission documents, ensuring completion and forwarding to the appropriate departments as needed
• Assist with the orientation program for residents and personnel
• Maintain an accurate record of available beds
• Develop and maintain effective working rapport with inter-department personnel and other facility departments

Requirements

• Skilled Nursing Marketing: 1 year (Required)

Compensation and Schedule

• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: USD 75,000 - 95,000 per year
