5 Starr Marketing is hiring an entry-level Entry Level Marketing Representative for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will engage customers and business clients face-to-face, build relationships, and learn sales and leadership fundamentals through mentorship and coaching.

Role & schedule

• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Work style: In-person customer and client engagement

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and business clients in a face-to-face setting
• Represent client products and services professionally
• Build positive relationships and help customers find solutions
• Collaborate within a motivated, team-focused environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and daily team meetings
• Develop leadership, sales, and business communication skills

Compensation

• Weekly pay: USD $700 - $1,200 per week
