Business Development Specialist

FastCare LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support an upscale urgent care center in Miami Beach, FL. This full-time, onsite role centers on growing referral and business relationships, coordinating with administration on market development, and helping strengthen marketing and day-to-day operations.

You will work across local communities and professional networks, identify marketing opportunities through both traditional and non-traditional channels, and help ensure FastCare maintains an active online presence. The position also includes attending and setting up for community-facing events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new prospective clients and accounts while maintaining existing relationships with local businesses and physicians.
• Coordinate with Administration and support the rollout of new ideas and techniques aimed at developing target markets.
• Identify and pursue marketing opportunities using traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current and future marketing efforts.
• Assist with internal business operations when necessary.
• Maintain and update the company internet presence as needed.
• Attend and set up conferences, health care fairs, business meetings, and other related events when required.

Requirements

• High motivation and a strong level of self-initiation.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally to clinics, community events, and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in computers and social media promotion.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate meetings and/or events after hours, as needed.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Outgoing personality with a pleasant demeanor and the ability to get along well with others.
• Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills, with a focus on superior customer service.
• Ability to learn and grow within the company, with initiative and self-motivation.

Compensation and Experience

• Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
• Experience: 2 years in Marketing (required)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
