Vapi is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager to lead the ABM program from strategy through execution. This role focuses on named accounts, intent data activation, and executive engagement, with regular reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the ABM program end-to-end by tiering accounts, defining the target universe, and orchestrating personalized multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Drive pipeline from named accounts in close partnership with Sales and SDRs, delivering account-specific content and outbound plays.
- Activate intent data and buying signals via Clay, reo.dev, and HubSpot to time outreach and convert anonymous signals into pipeline.
- Design executive engagement and field programs including executive dinners, VIP event tracks, and bespoke content to accelerate deals.
- Own ABM reporting and attribution covering account engagement, pipeline influence, and deal velocity, presenting insights to leadership on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- 4β7 years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in ABM or enterprise demand generation and proven pipeline results.
- Fluent in the ABM technology stack: HubSpot/Salesforce, Clay, intent platforms, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to translate a developer-first platform into compelling narratives for both technical and business buyers.
- Strong Sales-Marketing partnership experience, embedding with Account Executives and SDRs and leading real account planning.
- Builder mindset with comfort operating without a fixed playbook, moving quickly, and elevating enterprise marketing standards.
