Job Description

Based in Nashville, TN, this onsite Marketing Lead Graphic Design role translates concepts into digital and print assets, reinforces the brand identity, and supports multi‑channel marketing campaigns across the organization.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee digital assets that align with sales goals across multiple channels, including engaging social media content and visuals.
Write, edit, and design printed marketing materials such as proposals, training documents, and client-facing collateral that clearly communicates our story and brand.
Develop branded collateral for events and client interactions to elevate presence and engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, preserving visual and messaging integrity.
Monitor trends and gather feedback on competitive proposals; conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and suggest marketing adjustments.
Advance brand awareness through social media campaigns by establishing goals, timelines, and execution strategies for effective impact.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with interactive content platforms such as Ceros is advantageous but not required.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing long‑term initiatives with short‑term priorities while meeting deadlines.
Excellent collaboration and a team‑oriented mindset for developing creative ideas and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of marketing experience.
