Job Description

Majestic Homes is seeking a full-time Home Design Specialist & Marketing Coordinator in Fort Wayne, IN to blend client-facing design guidance with brand management and online presence support.

Responsibilities

Lead clients through the custom home design selection process, helping them choose finishes, fixtures, and design elements.
Meet with clients at multiple vendor locations to review finish samples and product options.
Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the build to ensure expectations are understood and met.
Transmit client selections to vendors and subcontractors to guarantee clear documentation of design decisions.
Foster and strengthen professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Create basic graphic design and layouts for marketing materials such as brochures.
Create basic graphic design and layouts for marketing materials such as social media graphics.
Create basic graphic design and layouts for marketing materials such as jobsite signage.
Create basic graphic design and layouts for other promotional materials.
Manage company social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Assist with updates and maintenance for two company websites.
Research methods to expand online presence, including review platforms and industry discussion boards.
Support general office operations as needed, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Assist team members with office tasks as required.

Position Details

Location: 10355 Dawsons Creek BLVD, Suite C, Fort Wayne
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay: USD 25.00 – 28.00 per hour, depending on experience
