Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, customers, revenue goals, sales process, pipeline, and growth priorities.
Lead recurring client meetings and present performance, recommendations, and next steps with confidence.
Maintain proactive communication throughout the month, not only during scheduled meetings.
Identify opportunities and problems early, and translate business priorities into clear marketing priorities for the Bellrae team.
Own the overall quality and effectiveness of delivered marketing work.
Oversee the full marketing ecosystem to ensure channels work together and avoid siloed execution.
Work directly with Bellrae’s channel specialists by providing business context while using their expertise to determine the best channel approach.

Review performance across active channels and synthesize what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.
Connect performance data to lead quality, sales priorities, pipeline, and business goals.
Communicate performance clearly and meaningfully to business owners beyond report metrics.
Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning for appropriate accounts.
Work with specialists to understand what is happening within their areas of expertise.

Qualifications
