Job Description

Corporate MO is hiring a hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist to support HCW Hospitality properties in Branson, MO. In this role, you will help drive digital visibility and performance across search, websites, paid media, and social channels through strategy, content, and ongoing optimization.

Core focus

Lead strategic execution to improve brand awareness and revenue across HCW Hospitality’s properties.
Own SEO and website optimization efforts to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Coordinate paid, owned, and earned media including Google Ads, Meta platforms, travel sites, and SEO.
Use analytics to monitor results and refine campaigns toward KPIs such as website traffic, conversions, and ROAS.

Responsibilities

Conduct competitor backlink analysis to find link-building opportunities and strengthen domain authority.
Identify and collaborate with authoritative websites, bloggers, and influencers for link placements.
Develop and optimize retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential guests who have visited the website but did not convert.
Implement geofencing strategies to deliver location-based ads to potential guests near competing hotels, major event venues, or key attractions.
Create and optimize blog content based on press releases and input provided by the VP of Marketing to support SEO, brand expertise, and audience engagement.
Distribute valuable content across multiple platforms to earn organic backlinks.
Identify high-ranking keywords and incorporate them naturally into content.
Support creation and curation of engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and audience needs.
Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to travelers.
Assist with maintaining consistent and accurate property information across all platforms and digital channels.
Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI-driven content creation, voice search optimization, and chatbot marketing.
Explore new digital marketing opportunities and interactive content to improve guest engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SERanking.
Track and evaluate link-building performance to measure SEO impact and improve strategies.
Provide regular SEO performance reporting, including key metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Develop, maintain, and optimize websites across Squarespace, WordPress, and other CMS platforms to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a smooth user experience.
Work with developers and the marketing team to implement website enhancements, updates, integrations, and improvements.
Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and user journeys to identify opportunities for better navigation, conversion optimization, and targeted marketing.
Monitor website performance and implement recommendations to enhance functionality, accessibility, and overall digital experience.
Assist with social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness, while staying up to date on platform trends and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with the marketing team and property stakeholders to help team members build proficiency in digital marketing tools and best practices.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the execution of the digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
Strong experience in SEO strategy and link-building, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
