Chang Robotics is building a marketing function to serve a growing ecosystem of companies, with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and strong human judgment behind every deliverable. This hybrid remote Creative Marketing Specialist role supports clients and portfolio needs with a modern, AI-forward workflow.
You will help shape proposals, case studies, social and written content, website updates, and event materials for Chang Robotics and an expanding portfolio. The team uses AI to move faster while keeping a clear standard of accuracy, tone, and polish.
What you’ll do
- Design proposals, reports, and client-facing documents that clearly communicate value
- Create case studies and white papers, writing and designing from raw transcript to finished PDF
- Develop brand guides and visual identity systems for new portfolio companies as they’re acquired
- Own social media content creation and management across multiple brand accounts, including graphics, video clips, captions, and scheduling
- Produce written content such as blog posts, articles, LinkedIn posts, email copy, and press releases
- Drive website design direction and content updates in Wix, coordinating with an external developer for larger builds
- Build event and trade show materials, including signage, merch, and booth design
What you bring
- 3+ years of full-time experience in a comparable in-house or agency role
- A strong portfolio featuring client-facing work such as proposals, reports, and case studies
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva
- Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop are a plus
- Comfort writing in multiple brand voices across different companies
- AI-forward mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your workflow, with openness to deeper integration
- Detail orientation with strong proofreading instincts, especially when working with confidential client materials
- Ability to transform transcripts and raw content into polished deliverables
- Versatility to move between high-level creative work and everyday execution tasks (investor reports, social captions, and Wix page updates)
AI workflow
Chang Robotics uses mostly Claude, along with a proprietary AI built by the CMO and additional tools including Grok and Gemini. You are expected to use company AI accounts and will receive extensive training on AI best practices.
