Intelvio seeks a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, data, automation, and measurement infrastructure powering marketing performance across healthcare education brands, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable processes and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the marketing operating system by collaborating with marketing leadership, product marketing managers, and channel owners to translate business goals, campaign plans, audience segmentation, and lifecycle needs into scalable systems, workflows, automation, and governance structures.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, reporting, and integrations, ensuring platform health, governance, adoption, security, and efficient operations.
- Direct lifecycle marketing infrastructure by developing and maintaining segmentation, lead routing and scoring, qualification workflows, lifecycle governance, and customer-journey automation to drive acquisition, enrollment, retention, and engagement goals.
- Own analytics, attribution, and business intelligence infrastructure, including conversion tracking, reporting standards, dashboards, audience insights, and executive-ready reporting to inform decisions.
- Establish data governance and operational excellence by upholding data quality, controls, documentation, workflows, and QA processes to keep marketing systems and data accurate, scalable, and actionable.
- Bridge cross-functional execution by connecting Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Organic Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and leadership to align systems, processes, reporting, and lifecycle execution.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technologies, integrations, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, measurement capabilities, and organizational performance.
- Monitor system performance, attribution quality, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, customer experience, and business impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing technology, CRM administration, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience administering marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar systems.
- Proven ability to design and manage lifecycle marketing infrastructure, including segmentation, lead routing, lead scoring, automation, and customer journey workflows.
- Solid expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Experience building dashboards, executive reporting, and performance measurement frameworks with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
- Background working with integrations, workflow automation platforms, APIs, or data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of translating requirements into scalable operational solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer experience, and leadership while managing multiple priorities and projects.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation is determined through a holistic review of each candidate's background and qualifications.
