Job Description

Renaissance Marine Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen and elevate its Duckworth and Weldcraft brands from an onsite base in Clarkston, Washington. This role supports sales growth through multi-channel marketing strategy, campaign execution, content development, and coordinated marketing efforts with the dealer network.

Role Location and Pay

Location: Clarkston, WA (onsite)
Work mode: In person
Salary: USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year
Relocation: Clarkston, WA 99403: relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and sales initiatives.
Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and boat show marketing.
Manage and strengthen the Duckworth and Weldcraft brands.
Develop, create, edit, and publish marketing content across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, video channels, and other digital platforms.
Create sales collateral including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Track and evaluate marketing performance and ROI.
Support dealer meetings, brand ambassadors, customer events, and promotional activities with marketing materials and presentations.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and dealer network to support sales initiatives, lead generation, and marketing content from brand ambassadors.

Required Qualifications

5–10+ years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience.
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong project management, communication, writing, and vendor management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Ability to travel periodically.
Strong creative and strategic marketing mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create compelling brand experiences.
Experience in and/or a passion for production and manufacturing.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Strategic thinker with ability to execute.
High integrity and accountability.
Organized with strong time management skills.

Preferred Experience and Tools

Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Technologies: 3-D modeling software
