Job Description

Join Our Lady of the Woods Catholic Church in Woodland Park, CO, where your work supports both community connection and parish life. This onsite role blends multichannel digital marketing with pastoral support to help promote events, strengthen engagement, and assist parishioners with key planning needs. What you’ll do

Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital advertising to promote parish events and initiatives.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook, to increase visibility and engagement.
Create content for websites, newsletters, bulletins, blogs, and social media, aligned with organizational goals and written for diverse audiences.
Oversee promotional material design in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), ensuring visual quality and brand alignment.
Support office coordination by assisting with office management and coordinating monthly meetings.
Prepare announcements and liturgy aids for Masses, funerals, and weddings.
Work with parishioners by answering questions and making plans related to funerals, weddings, and general facilities questions.
Maintain and communicate updates for Safe Environment training for individuals.
Learn and implement basic data entry for the ParishSoft Parishioner Data Base, including entering Envelope Requests and member information using web-based tools.
Support demand generation by assisting with marketing activities designed to increase participation in programs and services.
Lead and coordinate a volunteer team assisting with office duties such as answering phones, helping with tasks, maintaining facilities, and completing assigned projects.

What you bring

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), FlockNote, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent public relations and member services skills.
Strong content writing ability with a focus on compelling storytelling across multiple channels.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, with results-driven strategy and analysis.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Knowledge of Catholic liturgies, especially funerals and weddings.
Ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading marketing or public relations teams is preferred, but strong team leadership skills are essential.
