This temporary role offers the chance to contribute to marketing and business development during a planned leave from September 2026 through March 2027. You will focus on social media, proposals, graphics, events, and internal communications within a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including holiday posts, project updates, employee recognition, event posts, and general engagement.
- Develop marketing graphics and branded materials such as flyers, banners, email visuals, social media graphics, and other items using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist business development and project teams with proposal responses, prequalification materials, interview presentations, and InDesign edits as needed.
- Support tradeshow and event preparation, including social media promotion, slideshow updates, booth materials, setup support, and day-of assistance when required.
- Contribute to internal communications, including the employee newsletter, company meeting materials, engagement graphics, and employee announcements.
- Take and organize photos for jobsites, company events, employee headshots, and project marketing needs.
- Support additional marketing projects such as website updates, promotional item research, employee resume updates, project database updates, and content development as time allows.
Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to apply brand standards across print and digital materials.
- Marketing, communications, graphic design, or related education or experience preferred.
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with team members across the company.

Work Schedule & Location
This position requires 10 to 15 hours per week and is performed in-office at 2601 Development Drive in Green Bay. The schedule is flexible.
