The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator supports branding, asset creation, and integrated marketing efforts across Oak View Group venues in Savannah, GA, with on-site event coverage for Enmarket Arena, Johnny Mercer Theatre, and VyStar Pavilion. The position is on-site and compensated at USD 21 to 24 per hour.
Overview
This role focuses on marketing, advertising, and graphic design needs for the three venues, encompassing branding work, social media content creation and management, and the development of assets for events and campaigns across Enmarket Arena, Johnny Mercer Theatre, and VyStar Pavilion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of creative assets for concerts, sports, family shows, venue initiatives, sponsorships, and community events across the three venues, including digital, print, social, video, and environmental graphics.
- Produce engaging social content, including graphics, photography, videography, video edits, copywriting, and short-form formats to boost attendance, brand recognition, and ticket sales.
- Support the management of venue social channels through content planning, scheduling, publishing, community interaction, audience engagement, and real-time event coverage.
- Assist in ideation and production of campaigns, fan experiences, artist gifting programs, influencer activations, and other content opportunities that enhance the guest experience and generate earned media.
- Collaborate with internal departments, promoters, artists, agents, sponsors, and media partners to craft marketing and creative strategies aligned with event and venue objectives.
- Design and maintain venue branding materials, advertising creative, sponsorship mockups, presentations, sales materials, signage, email templates, and digital assets while preserving brand consistency across platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing campaigns, including advertising strategy, media planning, promotional activations, publicity efforts, grassroots marketing, and ticketing initiatives.
- Create and manage email campaigns, website content updates, and digital communications to promote events, pre-sales, promotions, and venue messaging.
- Participate in creative planning sessions to develop content calendars, campaign concepts, promotional strategies, and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Provide on-site event support, including content capture, media relations assistance, sponsor activation implementation, artist hospitality support, and promotional execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, social metrics, and audience engagement to optimize content and support reporting efforts.
- Support partnership, premium sales, and sponsorship initiatives through asset development, activation execution, and fulfillment of marketing obligations.
- Maintain relationships with media partners, promoters, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance venue visibility and promotional reach.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Assist with internship oversight, departmental administrative duties, and other marketing and creative projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience.
- Background in graphic design, digital media or marketing communications.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools for graphic and video design.
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present new ideas clearly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and driven with the ability to conceive and execute distinctive marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Effective cross-organizational communication and collaboration skills.
Technologies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic and video design is required.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing or graphic design, or a graphic design minor.
- Alternatively, an associate degree or certificate with relevant graphic design coursework and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Experience with large-scale events in stadium or concert settings of 9,000+ seats is desirable.
