Job Description

Vanderloc is hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to help drive sales growth by managing and optimizing thousands of product listings across major online dealers. In this onsite role in Charlotte, NC, you will connect internal creative efforts with external digital partners, coordinating campaign activity and performance reporting directly to the COO.

This position combines dealer-facing listing optimization, cross-team communication, and hands-on updates to both partner platforms and Vanderloc’s own website, while supporting engagement through visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with major online dealers to enhance product listings.
Maintain SEO-ready product descriptions, ensure photo accuracy, and maximize conversion through fully leveraged listings.
Share key product information with online dealer teams and help train them on Vanderloc’s brand differentiators and value propositions.
Collaborate with external marketing contractors to develop and execute holistic marketing campaigns aligned with core company goals.
Provide clear updates on marketing changes, upcoming campaigns, and other relevant information to internal sales and product development teams.
Coordinate with the design team to complete new product launches and product updates on schedule, including collecting required content and creative assets.
Upload new products, update product specifications, and keep brand information accurate on Vanderloc’s company website.
Create opportunities for engagement by posting visual images and graphics that help increase followers, organic traffic, and website visits.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or account coordination.
Experience working with e-commerce portals or dealer platforms such as Wayfair Partner Home and Shopify is a major plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage asset delivery and keep up with thousands of listings.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables, along with basic coding understanding (HTML/CSS and basic scripts or logic) to streamline workflows.
Comfort learning new tools, including CMS platforms, project management tools, and Product Information Management (PIM) software.

Compensation & Work Location

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)
Salary: USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year
